Hi. I'm Dylan.

I've spent the last 15+ years making videos — shooting them, directing them, editing them, and occasionally losing sleep over a colour grade nobody else would ever notice. Most recently I directed content at Chewy, where I ran projects from concept through casting, shoot days, and post, usually with a cross-functional team in tow and multiple brand partners and stakeholders attached.

Post-production is where I'm most at home. I love a good puzzle - going over hours of footage to find the story, whether it ends up on a TV screen, a social feed, or somewhere in between. Lately I've been excited about folding both organizational and generative AI tools into my workflow too, not to replace the craft, but to spend less time on the tedious bits and more on the parts that actually matter.

Off the clock, I'm usually tinkering with DIY cinematography rigs, gaming, or making videos just for the fun of it. I make content for my personal YouTube channel when I can, and it's picked up over 6,000 subscribers along the way, which still surprises me.
